weekend update

I have a small update! Ella's been doing good this weekend. She's still having problems with her lungs. Their really immature so its going to take time for them to grow. But they've increased her feeds. They give her an extra boost with a high calorie formula along with my breast milk to help her grow faster. She's been smiling a lot. The nurses have been trying to get pictures of her smiling but she gets camera shy when they reach for the camera. Her nurse today was telling me that babies her age don't smile yet. So the nurses get all excited when she smiles at them while they do her cares. It's so cute. It reasures me that she's happy in her new world. She's 28 weeks this week. But she's as fisty as a 2 year old. She's doing good. She's stable and that's what we want.
